Policies, Payment Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Rental / bookings are made in advanced via email. All bookings will be confirmed VIA e-mail No Exceptions.
2. $25 Non-Refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation. This Amount Does Not Include Your Rental Fees.
3. PayPal Payments Only

4. Your reservation begins and ends according to your requested time. 

5. You may arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled time.

6. To enter the studio, you most call when you arrived,  The entrance door is marked Empire Rehearsal & Loft Space.

(We are located inside of The City Closet Storage Building)
